Louis Van Gaal Never Picks Up The Phone To Me - Sir Alex Ferguson.

SIR ALEX FERGUSON has revealed that Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal has yet to phone him up asking for advice.

Van Gaal presided over a massive overhaul of the squad in the summer, as United spent £150million in the transfer window, more than any other Premier League club.
The Red Devils have had an indifferent start to their league campaign by their standards.
Ferguson, who spent more than 26 years in charge at Old Trafford, forged a close relationship with van Gaal's predecessor David Moyes.
However, Ferguson has admitted van Gaal has found no need to call him to seek advice.
"There's no ongoing dialogue. He comes into my office sometimes after the game, into the lounge, and we have a chat," Ferguson told MUTV.
"But it's not a matter of picking up a phone or anything like that. He's a very capable person with a strong mentality. He's a strong leader.
"He knows where I am if he ever did need me but there has not been any need for him to phone me."
