Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has admitted that loan signing Radamel Falcao could miss out on the crucial encounter with Chelsea due to a lack of fitness.
The Colombian international joined the Red Devils from AS Monaco on a season-long loan deal over the summer, and has since been an integral part of the first-team setup.
However, in a press conference ahead of the game, Van Gaal has revealed that he could opt to rest Falcao as he is not up to full fitness yet.
"He got a kick in the morning [on Friday] so we have to wait and see if he's fit enough", He said. "It is difficult because we are playing [games] already, that’s difficult but we have played him because I like the way he was playing so we play with two strikers. Now I have to choose between two strikers, even three because [James] Wilson can also play, the younger player"
